Cellulite Exercises That Work

Cellulite Exercises That WorkThe only way to get rid of cellulite is with cellulite exercises. Does that surprise you? The fact is, there are many big companies that don’t want you to believe that, because they want you to buy their expensive products. From creams to “special” massage techniques, there’s all sorts of stuff out there designed to take your money but not provide much in the way of results.

Does that sound harsh? Well, think about it logically. Cellulite is fat. There is absolutely nothing special about cellulite fat that differentiates it from the other fat on your body (this has been clinically proven). The only difference is that women’s skin has certain characteristics that sometimes cause the fat to appear in that cottage cheese effect that we all hate so much.

Can a cream or massage fix the problem? No, it can’t. Only exercise will work, because the muscles have to be firmed up in order to even out the skin. But not just any exercise will do the job. Many women work out regularly, are fit and at a healthy weight, and still have problems with cellulite. The problem isn’t that they don’t exercise; it’s that they’re doing the wrong exercises. They need to be doing targeted cellulite exercises, and they need to do them correctly and according to a schedule. That’s the secret.

Don’t just do a bunch of leg lifts, lunges and squats and hope for the best. You need a scientifically backed, physiologically sound program that guarantees results. That’s why I can’t say enough about the Naked Beauty cellulite exercises program. It consists of 9 simple, targeted exercises that get rid of cellulite, in just 24 days. Guaranteed, or your money back.

This isn’t a weight loss program, and there are no “firming and toning” products to buy. It’s designed for women who are at a normal weight but can’t get rid of that orange peel look on their thighs, hips and butt no matter what they try. There’s no special equipment to buy, just some easy exercises that take about 22 minutes to complete in the comfort of your home.

The Naked Beauty program was designed by Joey Atlas, “The Cellulite Slayer”. He’s a highly qualified exercise physiologist with a master’s degree in exercise science. He has dedicated his career to helping women look fabulous by toning and firming their bodies. After almost a year and a half of home tested trials by real women, he has perfected the Naked Beauty program.

Forget what you’ve heard about toxins being the problem. There are no more toxins in cellulite than in any other fat deposits on your body. And your body does a good job of flushing these out on its own. It’s also not a genetic problem which you’re just stuck with for life. There’s something you can do about it, and it’s not hard, and it’s not expensive.

There’s a layer of fat right beneath your skin, and right underneath the fat is the muscle. This is the area you have to focus on in order to get rid of cellulite. If the muscles aren’t worked on a regular basis, they lose their tone, and this is what permits the skin and fat to become puckered and uneven. But when you work these muscles in the correct way, they become firmer, and that effect translates to the fat and the skin above them. Essentially, everything tightens up and the result is smooth skin on the surface.

So why won’t just any old workout work to eliminate cellulite? Cardiovascular exercise is great for your heart, but it doesn’t strengthen muscle in the same way as resistance training. And the problem with most traditional resistance training workouts is that they distribute the resistance throughout the major muscles, connecting tissues and joints, so the big muscles get a workout, but the smaller muscles (the ones right below your cellulite) don’t benefit nearly as much, and they won’t become firm enough to push up and smooth out the skin’s surface.

Naked Beauty focuses on those specific muscles, and the results are dramatic.

This program is available by instant download, in an electronic PDF format. So you just print it out and follow the instructions. But everyone likes to see a demonstration, right? That’s why there’s also a streaming video included with the program, which you can watch on your computer and follow along as each exercise is performed.

Forget creams, lotions, and all the pseudo-science. Target the problem directly with the highly effective cellulite exercises outlined in the Naked Beauty program. You don’t have anything to lose, because there’s a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. But I bet you won’t be asking for a refund, because this program works.

Why Cellulite Creams Don’t Work

Cellulite seems to be every woman’s worst nightmare. According to a recent study, 70 percent of women exhibit the dimpled skin associated with this condition. Excessive body fat and poorly toned muscles can add to the problem, but even slender women struggle with cellulite. How come women seem to be the only ones to suffer? Women have thinner skin than men, so the cellulite shows through much more noticeably.

As with any problem of this magnitude, cosmetic companies have rushed to the rescue with a vast array of anti-cellulite creams filled with ingredients that will banish your dimpled, orange peel skin forever. Or will they? The fact is, some of these creams won’t make any difference at all to your problem, and the ones that do show some results are only covering up the problem, not eliminating it. Here’s a look at why cellulite creams don’t work.

Many of the current anti-cellulite creams on the market contain retinol, caffeine, or an antioxidant known as dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE). It is claimed that these ingredients will help reduce the appearance of cellulite on those problems areas of your body, namely the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and hips.

Just about every anti-cellulite cream that actually improves the look of your cellulite contains caffeine. Caffeine increases blood circulation and acts a diuretic, flushing out the water from your tissues. In effect, it’s dehydrating your skin, which causes it to stretch a little tighter and hide the effects of the cellulite.

The claim for retinol is that it is absorbed into the body beneath the skin where it stimulates the production of collagen. The idea is that it thickens the skin, which conceals the lumps and bumps associated with cellulite. Retinol, along with its over-the-counter equivalent tretinoin, has indeed been established to thicken the skin. But you’re still taking a significant chance, because it is not known at what concentration it will actually produce results. And if the amount is too high, you will experience skin irritation, dryness, redness and peeling.

DMAE is another trendy anti-cellulite ingredient these days. This antioxidant, which is extracted from fish, is typically combined with amino acids in order to encourage muscle contraction, which will produce a firmer appearance to the skin. However, the science behind this claim is virtually non-existent.

The fact is, women who put their faith in anti-cellulite creams are almost certain to be disillusioned. These products simply don’t produce permanent results. You must use them on a continuous basis – that means forever – if you want the superficial results they provide to continue. There is a lack of scientific data demonstrating that any of these kinds of products can even be absorbed through the skin into the layers of fat beneath.

So what’s the answer? Exercise is the only thing that can actually eliminate those lumpy pockets of fat for good. Read our article on Cellulite Exercises That Work to find out why.
